Tango
followed the principles within IS-9000 as a guideline
and developed a highly effective methodology for
the process of full-cycle software development. This
facilitates transparent and comprehensive project
management. The process can be easily monitored by
Tango as well as the customer and provides checkpoints
to ensure that all expectations are addressed and
the project meets schedule and budget requirements.
Projects are organized into ten phases
which are individually scheduled and budgeted, and are further
characterized by clear task and deliverables. |
